At Brows & Aesthetics, Lou will go out of her way to make sure her valued clients have the best experience possible, from the minute they enter the door to the moment they leave her exclusive Aesthetic Clinic.
Please take a moment to review the procedure information, pre-care & after care and read and complete all medical consent forms which are sent out to you via email & text message prior to your treatment. These are sent out to ensure you understand the treatment you are booked in for.

Brows & Aesthetics Cancellation Policy:
Please note that a deposit is required to secure your appointment, if you have not paid your deposit within 5 working days of booking your appointment is automatically released for re-booking.
All deposits paid at the time of booking are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
Your deposit is however fully transferable to an alternative date should it be required, however 48 hours notice is requested if you do need to reschedule your appointment.
